Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give about 77% AA for WLP002 at 65.5C. Gelatine added to FV: 3 teaspoon in 250 ml water, microwaved in short bursts and stirred until 65C. (Added before fully cold crashed here because going on holiday, normally add to cold crashed beer.) >484B cells. 2.5L + 2.0L yeast starter. Mr Tasty water.
