Notes

Vodu smo ugrijali na 80C, zatim smo ulili smo 54L u mash tun te smo u lonac za grijanje vode ulili 12L vode iz špine. Mash je bio na stabilnoj temperaturi 66C. Mash out je bio na 70C. Nakon svega dodali smo 5L vode u sladovinu. Boil volume je cca 90L na 85C. Boil količina je cca 95L@100C Fermentacija je bila na cca20c, trajala je 9 dana. Zbog visoke temperature fermentacije pivo je dosta mutno ispalo. Okus je nepromijenjen.
