4.00 lbs Rhubarb roasted (Secondary 0 min) Misc 11

Taste Notes

Watered down due to miscalculated spare volume. Rhubarb flavor very strong, not bad, but noticeable. Strawberry flavor not noticeable, 4lbs fresh blanched strawberries, trimmed of stems but not sliced otherwise. I may sub strawberry extract for future recipe. Overall, a light refreshing beer I was hoping for but want to tweak some flavors to perfect it.

Notes

Yeast starter - 2L / 200g DME / 24hrs Secondary: 2 wks primary, low grav. Screwed up in sparge and added way to much water after miss calc. Added rhubarb chunked and roasted and strawberries trimmed and blanched but otherwise whole. Smells/tastes great!
