No experience with lagers. Thought I'd take a lesson from Radical Brewings Munich Dunkle but swap the munich malt for Vienna and the Carafa II for Carafa I (dehusked) to avoid any bitterness imparted by the malt. Medium body 1infusion @152.
Delicious, drinkable by the pint and cost efficient! HA! Can't wait till summer to brew this one. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
