Notes
So far 2 batches in a row were both excellent and tasted the same. takes at least a week to clear up in the keg.
Use irish moss next time in boil (haven't used it yet on this brew)
The first batch was 7.8% ABV and second one was 4.8% ABV. The only difference in the two are that I used 2 smack packs of yeast for the first and one for the second. Also to note - the second batch overflowed in the fermenter during primary fermentation
3rd batch:
I cant remember what yeast i used for the first 2 batches like a moron and they didnt have cream yeast in the store (they dont carry it anymore at all) so I'm trying out california lager yeast this time - should be good
Cali. lager yeast was awesome choice
Switched to Omega OYL-105 yeast West coast lager. Best choice<<--
This recipe is one of my best so far. A staple for my summer beers. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
