Great Summer Beer (Colder the Better)
by TankersleybTaste Testing result.
1st week after Kegging - Still tasted green while hops where up front.
2nd week - Better tasting all around but noticed hops where not as strong.
3rd week - No more green and was very pleasant tasting, hop flavor changed from week 2, it was more blended together.
4th didnt make it this far. Ran out. Had friends over and wiped it out and wanted more.
