Add the 8oz of honey into secondary warm honey 1 day at 59 then dropped temp to stop fermentation 7 days primary 8 days sec at 38 what ever honey used will have that taste still has bitter notes but tons of honey flavor used a clover honey strong taste try a neutral honeyNotes
