3/11 Tasty! Some sweetness, with roasted flavors that linger a little. Notes
1) effficiency way down. not enough sparging, and I believe I had temp issues with the thermometer. All thermometers suck. The decoctions were not smooth. At all. Could not get to correct temperature.
Drained boil kettle thru chiller onto yeast cake from 63, as last year. Fermentation was quick but not efficient. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
