Keg vs Bottle

by mattcrecelius

A bottled a 12 pack of this and the rest went into the keg. I should have left the keg out for aging a little longer because the bottles dried out and funked up nicely. The keg is still good but does not taste as dry even though it finished at 1.004. Still a good beer.
