4/6 cold crashing deciding not to dry hop and let it be an easy drinker (3# cascade)

First Batch EVER
added 25lb of base malt because we were worried out effeciency was going to be lower
Preheated mashtun and mashed in 3bls at 165 to hit 155 (Actually hit 158 and couldnt bring it down)
30 min into mash 11.3 brix
15.5 brix out of grant during recerc
8.29 bbls in bk at 7.4 (1.029)
last runnings .3 brix
16 tablets of whirlfloc at 15
2lbs cent hops at 10
3lb of cascade at KO
whirlpool for 15 min.
ko at 65 on thermometer tank probe says 60
OG 8.2 brix 1.038
S05 at 630pm
24 hours post pitch 64F didnt have hydrometer
36 Hours 6 brix 1.024
3 days still at 65 and letting free rise to 70 3 Brix almost done (expecting 2 brix)
Samples tast buttery. Hoping that clears
11/13/25 2.5P 1.010 Starting to clean up
11/15/15 8:45 started crashing from 68 to 35
11/16 8pm moved to bright with 17psi on carb stone over night and 250ml biofine
