Notes

Easy extract brew day. Almost scorched late extract addition, but saved it. Some of the rice syrup solids didn't fully disolved, but almost all of them did. Pitched yeaat at 68F. Testing Brulosophy's FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE – PT. 5: LAGER YEAST (SAFLAGER 34/70) | EXBEERIMENT RESULTS! http://brulosophy.com/2016/04/18/fermentation-temperature-pt-5-lager-yeast-saflager-3470-exbeeriment-results/. Forecast for 4/11 is mid 70s. Will keep windows open at night to try and keep temperature in check.
