Notes

90 min boil (Pils) Sub Galaxy for the 5 & 10 if I have it. Mashed in w/ 8.25 gal ro water 5g gypsum, 5g cal chloride, 2.5ml 88% lactic acid Total 9lbs grain Mash in 148F Check temp and pH at 30 mins (no recirc) Stupid pH at 5.6, added another 2.5 ml lactic. Recirculated mash for another 60 mins.
