Sub Galaxy for the 5 & 10 if I have it.
Mashed in w/ 8.25 gal ro water
5g gypsum, 5g cal chloride, 2.5ml 88% lactic acid
Total 9lbs grain
Mash in 148F
Check temp and pH at 30 mins (no recirc)
Stupid pH at 5.6, added another 2.5 ml lactic.
