Notes

Brewed on Sat, January 19. Racked to secondary from 6 gallon carboy to conical on Jan 30. Added blanket of CO2, first dry hops in bag. Gravity at racking 1.017. Clean taste, really great. Feb 8, 2013: Added 2nd dry hops (2 ounces total). 1.015, tastes great, not much hop aroma (almost none). March 9, 2013: Fully carbed, nice hop aroma, great flavor.
