PELLETT DRY HOPS + 5% caramalt to try and boost body a bit.
Yeast attenuation set to give about 80.5% AA for WLP090 at 66C.
Going for 1.008 at 80.5%, if it goes either way that is fine. Slighty less bitter at 0.9 ratio.
Yeast starter - 2L + 2L (for 515B, 452B required)
