Taste Notes

Sparge volume was 7 gallons at 168… mash profile is messed up. Need to figure out how to double sparge volume in equipment profile. Hit numbers perfectly outside of that. Changed dry hops but kept hopstand hops. Used a 2l starter of Chico that has been spinning for about 24 hours.
