Taste Notes
Nose is very malty and caramelly. Tone down the aromatic malt next time and maybe replace the 2 caramels with a single mid 60L caramel. The Caramunich III has a strong personality that I like but might be a bit off for the style. Also needs some toastiness, add some biscuit/victory? Pours a huge long lasting head. Flavour is bitter with decent malt balance. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
