Notes

Add 30g gypsum to mash (not water). Acid: Add 20ml to mash water and 30l to water tun. Heat 63l @73c in mash tun..brassage 65c. Use 80g safale.... Strike 64 at 70c.. Lauter 90l at 66...124 l into boil tun.
