Notes
Increased overall IBU's from IPA 5.4.
Decreased overall cascade hops, replaced that decrease with mandarina for both bittering and aroma.
Will do 3 fermentations.

Not sure why efficiency was so high. I believe the incorrect grain quantities were used. Appears that either our mill settings were changed or our grain quality was just better.

Ordered hops. Out of Mandarina Bavaria, ordered cascade in its place. Will stretch the Mandarina with the cascade 1:1
Also out of Willamette, ordered US Fuggles as replacement. Will stretch 1:1 also.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
