Notes

Increased overall IBU's from IPA 5.4. Decreased overall cascade hops, replaced that decrease with mandarina for both bittering and aroma. Will do 3 fermentations. -english ale yeast -kolsch ale yeast -california ale yeast 7/14/16 Not sure why efficiency was so high. I believe the incorrect grain quantities were used. Appears that either our mill settings were changed or our grain quality was just better. 7/27/2016 Moving forward with this recipe. Delicious. 8/9/2016 Ordered hops. Out of Mandarina Bavaria, ordered cascade in its place. Will stretch the Mandarina with the cascade 1:1 Also out of Willamette, ordered US Fuggles as replacement. Will stretch 1:1 also.
