Notes

The grapes are added in the form of crushed pomace from an already fermented concord wine. They're left in primary for a week and then pressed again and removed. I'm aging the beer with some cherry wood chips. | Measured OG: 1.094 | Measured FG: 1.006 | ABV 11.7%
