Notes

OG about 1.054 I forgot to record it. Brewed Post Call USED BLOWOFF TUBE FOR ENTIRE 15 DAY FERMENTATION Incresed temp from 68F to 70F for final 24 hours FG 1.007 BOTTLED 39 X 500 ML bottles On May 11, 2013 Used 129g of cane sugar for priming Very drinkable and hoppy on bottling day June 2, 2013 very drinkable bitterness and hoppiness a bit too strong but bottling was only 3 weeks ago. By August the hoppines had mellowed and the maltiness had come through. Very well balanced. One of the best batches so far.
