Notes
Mashed a double batch, and brewed ten gallons at the same time
Fermenting in the basement with no temperature control. The basement is around 67F, and maintains a pretty constant temp. Will keep it in primary for about three weeks, then bottle in 22oz "bombers."
Bottled on May 6th, 2017.
