Ferment at 64F for 48 hours, then let it rise. 1.106, 57.7srm, 156.4ibu, 120 boil. 7.51kg 2row, 1.5kg marris otter, 380g flaked oats, brown malt, cr 120, caristan, blk patent, rst barley, pale chocolate. 19g 13% horizon 120, 57g 60min, 95g 5% woolamit, 30, 95g woolamit 15m yeast 001 or 1056 149F 90 min mash. 64F ferment. Let rise after 48 hours.
