Notes

Crazy activity on 1st and second day almost no activity. Trasferred to secondary on 3rd day and added sweet orange peel. Boiled orange peel for 2 minutes. Transferred to flask to cool in fridge before adding to secondary fermenter. Just above 300mL in flask with water and orange peels. 1 packet of sweet peels from Defalco's.
