Notes
I brewed this on the coldest day of the year so far. Pure pain in the ass. The hose froze twice, the boil took forever, I ran out of propane, ect. I was aiming to get the entire brew done in 4.5 hours but it took 5.25 hours because of all of the hold-ups. All in all though, I was still able to hit my temps. Mashed between 151 and 154, so I should get a good mix of alpha and beta sugar strains. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
