Taste Notes

Färgen blev ok. OG1050 FG ca 1015. Men helt smaklös. Jag torrhumlar hälften i 20 gr summit med hög Alfasyra i 10L fat för att jämföra 3,4 och 7 dagar. 3 och 4 dagar blev ok. 7 dagar blev beskt och gräsigt. 50 gr cluster torrhumlades i fat i en annan 7 liters batch. 5 dagar.
