Started mash at 152 Finished first mast at 152 First runnings 1.080 temp of fisrt sparge 162 for 10 minutes OG of 1.054 3/16 5 gals fermented at 63 degrees and after 7 days at 1.016 5 gals fermented at 67 degrees and after 7 days at 1.014 The second 5 were seconcaried and racked over 3lbs apricot puree and 3lbs of peach puree and back into controlled temp chamber at 67 degrees 4/10 checked gravity at .08 Started crash to clarify
