Notes
Strike water was 167° and temp dropped to 158°. Added 1 cup of room temp sparge warer and got it to 153°. Will hold there.
Used 2 1/2 gallons each for the mash and sparge.
Mash dropped to 151° after about 35 minutes.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
