Taste Notes

Very well balanced beer that perhaps needed a bit more bitterness Needs to be a bit more bitter, especially since the ABV was higher than expected (5,6% instead of 5,1%) More Pilsnermalt would be good to accentuate the Pilsnerflavor, a bit too neutral maltflavor now. Ferment a bit colder next time, took a while to loose the off flavors.
