Notes
Used "Joe's Irish Red Ale" recipe (www.brew-monkey/recipes/html/joesirishred.htm) and adjusted:
- Mash: "Single Infusion, Full Body" to "Single Infusion, Batch Sparge"
- Increased time for 2nd hops from 5 minutes to 20 minutes
