Taste Notes

Added 10 Lbs of Roasted Pumpkin to the mash. 10lbs to the boil "Pumpkins were cut and roasted in oven with a light sprinkle of cinnamon on them, roasted at 350f for 40-60 min depending on size. 2 tbsp of pumpkin spice @0min "If you like more spice add a 3rd tbsp of spice"
