Notes

Double batched the mash into one kettle. Brought HLT to 180 degrees. Added 8 gallons. Temp dropped to 160 and mashed for 60 minutes. Fly sparged 7.5 gallons at 170 degrees. 24 gallons into kettle. Boiled 60 minutes with 4 gallon evap. Immersion chiller with whirlpool. 20 gallons into fermenter at 75 degrees and OG of 1.065. Added approximately 3 cups of harvested yeast including some trub. Probably less than half that was yeast. Dry hopped with pellet hops in bags.
