California Lager (Mangrove Jack's #M54) |

Notes
Style depends on yeast used, you can brew it using ale yeast to make golden ale or like I did using mangrove jacks M54 california lager. Fermented on 17C. My OG went bit high, 1055. Optimal is to get ABV under 5%. Fermented 2 weeks and coldcrashed @ 3 degrees celsius for 5 days. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
