Taste Notes

A crisp and refreshing lager, something for those warm sommer days. Will benefit of some lagering post fermentation. Crystal clear and hops up front without being too dominating. An easy drinker

Mesk på 66 til 67 celsius . Mesk ut. Kok 90 min og kjøl til 19.5. Gjær på 19.5 til primærgjæring er ferdig og stikk om. Tilsett første humle og la stå 7-9 dager. Tilsett andre humle og la stå 5 dager. IBU skal ligge på 90-95 OG 1072 FG 1011
