Notes

Rampa 1: Aveia - 55 a 58 graus por 10 a 15 min - Target de 55 graus por 15 minutos Rampa 2: Sacarificacao: 68 graus por 45 min a 60 min. Checar iodo. Rampa 3: Mash-out: 77 graus por 10 minutos Fervura por 60 minutos Fazer whirpool e conectar as mangueiras. Resfriar até 25 graus em 20 minutos Starter da levedura (após colocar o whirfloc): Ferver 300ml de água por 10 minutos Separar 150ml em um erlenmeyer e baixar a temperatura para 25 graus Despejar o fermento e deixar descansar por 30 minutos (fechando com papel alumínio).
