Notes

Add 10 pounds mashed roasted pumpkin to mash after protein rest. At flame-out, add and let steep x 3 minutes: 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 chopped vanilla bean, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ground allspice, 1/2 tsp ground ginger.
