Notes

Mash grains in grain bag in 2.5 gal at 152F for 30 min. Remove grains and dunk sparge in 1 gal 170F water. Combine mash and sparge water and heat to boiling. Remove from heat and stir in LME. Return to heat and follow schedule for hops, DME and corn sugar. After boil, top off with 3 gal cold water and cool to pitching temp. Put in fermenter and follow dry hop schedule.
