Taste Notes
This was brewed in an attempt to make a beer my wife could drink (she likes sweet stuff). Well, it certainly was an easy drinker with great flavor, amazing grainy aroma, and just looked like a nice American Wheat… but she didn't like it. Oh well… In order to get the cleanest flavor, I used WLP029 German Ale/Kolsch yeast in the beer, which left it somewhat hazy and with a nutty malt profile. This is certainly a beer I'll be brewing again!Ratings

Not my favorite (never cared much for wheat/hefe style beers) but VERY well loved by the wheat beer drinkers around me. I'll be brewing it again for sure. OG: 1.054, FG: 1.010 so a little stronger than designed.
A good US Hef!
