Taste Notes

For a very crisp, clean, lager-like beer, mash at 63 C and keep active fermentation to 14 C. For a more fruity kolsch mash at 65 C and keep active fermentation to 17 C. 45 p Strålande ren, klar och god. En av de bästa så här långt.
