Notes

Replaced 5 pounds of grain with 3#'s LME, plan on using it again Boil 90 minutes Mash 90 minutes OG 1.071 FG 1.016 Fermented for 2 weeks Hopped 2oz of Hallartauer for 45 min after hot break Hopped 1oz for 15 min Finishing 2/22/17 Planning on recycling wort through mash before sparge untill O.G. is at its maximum first run og was at 1.10 pre boil was 1.070 - Final OG was at a 1.90-1.10 FG. 1 week later at a 1.030 - Estimated ABV 9.3% 1.050 second run of the mash for the party gyle FG. 1 week later at a 1.020 - estimated ABV 4.2% Left out final hops of Citra - MISTAKE Added Honey end of the Boil. Worked good but havent tasted it yet in the beer. Really interested in dry hopping to add the citra tasted in the 2nd beer from the party gyle aka (dirty carl).
