Have used this recipe a couple times with slight modifications, one with birch sap in place of water, one with raspberries added. Couldn't find Cluster, so switched it with Galena. Will continue to use this one in the future! One of my most liked beers by guests!
This is my standard House beer that is most preferred by friends, neighbors, etc. You can substitute flaked corn in place of flaked rice if you like a little sweeter beer. Saflager 34/70 is another good yeast to use for this one.
