w trakcie ponownie odsypałem 0,5 kg strzegomia (PALE). Na poczatku gotowania 13 plato. Gotowanie z dużymi stratami - objetość końcowa 17,8 ltr. Ekstrakt 16,5 plato. Zadano S-33. temperatura w piwnicy +16 stopni. Bardzo mocna praca, jednakże odfermentowanie słabe - tylko 9 plato po burzliwej
