Taste Notes
Tasted on 7/30 and it taste just like Orval. GREAT!!!! It has only been in the bottle for a week. It will only get better.
Perfect!! no change.Notes
The brew went great. Hit the temps dead on. Missed OG by 9 points but I had 1/2 gal (6) in the fermentor. Fermentation is explosive. I had to put a blow off tub in the next morning.
Gravity on 7/8 at 1.028. Still very high. Roused yeast.
