Recipe from Russian River Founder Vinne Cilurzo Dry Hop 12-14 days Second Dry Hop added with 5 days left to go in dry hop Tomahawk/Zeus can be substituted for Columbus Mash grains at 151 to 152 for an hour or when conversion is complete Collect 8 gallons of runoff, and stir in dextrose and bring to a boil Ferment at 67 degrees and rack to secondary when complete Add first set of dry hops on top of racked beer and age 7 to 9 days, then add the second set.
