Notes
Recipe from Russian River Founder Vinne Cilurzo
Dry Hop 12-14 days
Second Dry Hop added with 5 days left to go in dry hop
Tomahawk/Zeus can be substituted for Columbus
Mash grains at 151 to 152 for an hour or when conversion is complete
Collect 8 gallons of runoff, and stir in dextrose and bring to a boil
Ferment at 67 degrees and rack to secondary when complete
Add first set of dry hops on top of racked beer and age 7 to 9 days,
then add the second set. Age five more days then bottle or key.
