Notes
Use carbon filtered water.Collect 6-gallons. Sparging with 175-degree water. Mash 45-min at 150. Ramp to 170 over 15 min.
Boil vigorously for 75-min. Aerate and pitch yeast at 64-deg. Rack to secondary, on hops. Stay warm for a week. Crash cool, and cold age for a week. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
