Taste Notes
Very good hop flavor coming out of fermenter a little Very well balanced hop flavor, had more hop additions started at 20 left in the boil and continuously hoped every 5 minutes until end of boil.
Dry hopped in the secondary that smoothed out the sweet flavor. Has a real nice hoppy finish.Notes
Mashed longer than planned, and boiled a littler longer than planned, about 10 minutes loner on each. Mash temp fell to 150 degrees for the end of the mash. Fementing temp started at 77 degrees for the first couple of days then ways able to get temps down to 67 degrees for the rest of primary and secondary fermentationThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
