Notes

1.060 1.010 6.6 %ABV Put 2 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice ion the boil for 10 minutes. After 2 weeks fementation the pumpkin flavor was hardly noticable (even though I was a little sick at the time). Added about 2TBPS to secondary and let sit for 1 day. Pumpkin pie flavor was overwhelming. Next time try to put 1 TBPS of pumpkin pie spice in the boil for 10 min and 1 TBPS in the secondary for 7 days. about 20 minutes after writing the previous notes I drank more of this glasss of fbeer and noticed on the bottom of my glass a considerable amount of residue. Which looked like pumpkin pie seasoning. Ill let this sit for a week untouched and try it again. After trying it again the pumkpin flavor was still too strong. My neighbors loved it but my brothers and i thought it was too seasoned. Next time i'd follow my own instructions above
