So far 2 batches in a row were both excellent and tasted the same. takes at least a week to clear up in the keg.
Use irish moss next time in boil (haven't used it yet on this brew)
The first batch was 7.8% ABV and second one was 4.8% ABV. The only difference in the two are that I used 2 smack packs of yeast for the first and one for the second. Also to note - the second batch overflowed in the fermenter during primary fermentationThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
