17 liter vann i bøtta. 71 grader. Kom litt lavt ut. økte temp til 65 ved å helle på varmt vann. Tror 13-14 liter vann ville være nok. Løftet bare opp silbøtte og skylte med varmt vann. Gikk sånn passe tett etter en liten stund.. 15brix, 25 liter før kok. SG-1061... Hmm det var mer enn jeg regnet med.... 17.8 - 1073 brix etter kok. 19 liter. Her kokte det litt for mye av. Tilsetter etpar liter kokt vann.
