Taste Notes
Apricot aroma that is not over whelming but i did not account for the apricot slurree to absorb the hop bitterness so it turned out to be a very nice apricot pale ale.Notes
Add a pound of apricots per gallon
Apricots added on the 3rd day after vigorus fermentaion was completed as well as 2 oz Simcoe to dry hop into primary.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
