March April 2015 BYO magazine est final gravity 1.010 Mash Scheduld If using boiling water infusion for step mashing, heat 4.5 gallons of water to 157 and mash in to rest at 145. Hold for 60 minutes. Add 1.5 gallons boiling water to raise temp to 158, hold for 20 minutes
